What an Arizona Property Manager Should Not Do

Even though the economy is seeing some tough times right now, an Arizona property manager should not cut back on some important issues with managing a rental property. Take a look below at some areas you should never hold back on:

  1. Credit and Background Check:  Every potential tenant should be screened. This is crucial for protecting your property.
  2. Safety:  This should never be compromised. Issues, such as exposed wiring or rotting wood are examples of problems you should take care of immediately.
  3. Maintenance on Large Items:  Even though it may be tempting to put off repairing a big ticketed item, it will save you money in the long run.
  4. Landscaping:  The appearance of a rental property is the first thing a potential tenant will see. In order to make that first impression a pleasant one, make sure your landscaping is neat.
